MAR – a few words about the program

MAR, or Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher, is a program launched by Microsoft almost 20 years ago. The original name: Secondary Pilot was short-lived and was limited to a few companies participating in the test program… and those were the days of Windows XP.
The principles of the program is to provide original licenses and software for used and refurbished computers at a fraction of regular license cost.
Used equipment, due to its attractive price and high reliability, is very popular. The operating system is a vital component – in the vast majority of cases it is Microsoft Windows in its subsequent versions.

Licenses available under the MAR program

Operating system licenses currently available:
– Microsoft Windows 10 Home – license for commercial use,
– Microsoft Windows 10 Pro – license for commercial use,
– Microsoft Windows 10 Pro Citizenship – non-commercial license, for specific recipients,
– Microsoft Windows 11 Home – license for commercial use,
– Microsoft Windows 11 Pro – license for commercial use,
– Microsoft Windows 11 Pro Citizenship – non-commercial license, for specific recipients,
– Microsoft Office 2019 H&S Citizenship – non-commercial license, for specific recipients.
Apart from the last item, licenses are available only in electronic form (DPK – Digital Product Key), they are delivered via Microsoft production platforms and have nothing to do with sending keys by e-mail.

I’m interested, how should I proceed?

It’s very simple – just send us a message at mar@netland.pl and we’ll take care of all the formalities.
At the beginning we will get you through TPR (Third Party Refurbisher) contract. It is an agreement regulating the terms of cooperation; it is Microsoft’s requirement. We know that some provisions can be quite complicated, so you can count on our full support already at this stage – write or call our engineers who will answer all your questions and dispel any of your doubts. Signing the contract completes the formalities required to join the program.
The second stage will be granting access to the website for partners, FTP server with software, accounts for DOC (Microsoft Digital Operations Center) and MDOS (Microsoft Digital Operation Services) platforms. From now on, you will be able to learn about the program and use all available resources. At this stage, you can also count on our help – we will contact you and discuss exactly how the program works and how to use various services.
The next, very important stage will be the implementation of tools for working with electronic licenses. Depending on the expected number of ordered licenses, we offer two levels of support:
– basic for purchases of less than 500 licenses per year,
– premium for purchases over 500 licenses per year.

After the implementation, which lasts from a few to several hours, you are ready to work with electronic licenses and your customers can count on reliable and safe purchases of equipment with original Microsoft software.
