In the following situations electronic licenses may be returned and replaced:<\/p>\n\n<ol>\n<li><p><strong>Refund related to changes to the license agreement:<\/strong><br\/>&#13;\nIf the license agreement for a given product expires, a period is set in which the licenses can be returned. This mainly applies when sales and support for a given product are terminated.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>The end user returned the purchased goods:<\/strong><br\/>&#13;\nLicenses can be returned and exchanged within 365 days of product key issuance. In the case of this return, it is required to keep documentation confirming the customer&#8217;s withdrawal from the purchase contract (e.g. in the form of a credit note). These documents do not need to be sent.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>The equipment was damaged during the warranty period or during the production and preparation phase:<\/strong><br\/>&#13;\nIt is possible to return such a license within 365 days of issuing the product key. Documentation confirming the need for repair (e.g. customer report) is required, which should be kept &#8211; it is not necessary to send it.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>The production key was used for testing:<\/strong><br\/>&#13;\nYou can use production keys to test installation and reporting environments. Both special test keys and production keys can be used for this purpose. In order to obtain a replacement of the key used in this way, the period of 365 days from its issuance must also be met.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Keys have been lost or stolen:<\/strong><br\/>&#13;\nIn this situation, exchange or return is not possible &#8211; such keys will only be blocked and activation using them will not be possible.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><p>All returns should be made through your MAR partner by sending a text file containing the license number and return code to <strong>mar@netland.pl<\/strong>, e.g.:<br\/>&#13;\nProductKeyId,ReturnCode<br\/>&#13;\n1234591164821,ZOC<br\/>&#13;\n1234591164822, SEE<br\/>&#13;\n1234591164823,ZOD<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p>The return codes that must be provided for each returned license are listed in the table below:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"404\" src=\"https:\/\/mar.netland.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Zwroty-licencji-1024x404.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-829\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Unlike previous sticker-based licenses (COAs), electronic licenses can be returned and exchanged for new ones, subject to certain restrictions.
